Sales Consultant Profile:
Should have a minimum of two (2) years sales experience in the consumer and/or mobile electronics industry. Must have a professional appearance and a caring attitude towards customers and co-workers. Excellent customer service, verbal communication skills and follow through are required. They must demonstrate a desire and commitment to have a career as a professional in the mobile electronics industry. Preferably the Sales Consultant's career goals should be moving into retail management positions. Product knowledge requirements include a basic working knowledge of all product lines and services offered by Al & Ed's Autosound.

Installation Technicians Profile:
Technician Expert - Should have a minimum of two (2) years professional experience as an installer of mobile eletronics. Tools required.

Technician Trainee - Must be a graduate of an accredited mobile eletronic installation institute with MECP certification. Tools required.

Both positions require the following qualities: Must be quality-conscious, service-minded professional, have a caring attitude towards customers and co-workers. Must have working knowledge of all manner of mobile electronic installation.
